Weight Loss Results 2020 and 2025/2026

Twice i was Obese Class 1 weighing at 113KG in 2016 then becoming 66KG in 2019. Real results.

The second time was more recent due to my Schiziophrenia medication adjustment i gained it all back but this time i started at 102.5KG and dropped it down to 76.9KG.

Back in 2016 - 2020 I lost 46KG. That was my first time ever. The second time was in 2025/2026 i lost 25.6KG since i last checked on the 16-03-2026.

I lost 25.6KG twice with 46KG being my best result. Due to a fall out with Schizophrenia stuff i had to lose 25.6KG again but this time i started out on 102.5KG instead of 113KG in 2016.
